All Nakita Studio pieces are produced in limited runs, so please allow 3–6 weeks for production and delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take a little time to update after your parcel is collected.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We may not be able to change your details once production has started, and we cannot replace orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
International customers may be charged customs duties, taxes or import fees by their local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Delivery delays can occasionally happen once a parcel is with the carrier. While we’ll always do our best to help, carrier delays are outside our control.
Refunds & Returns
As each Nakita Studio piece is produced in limited runs, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or accidental orders.
Please check the product description, size guide, shipping address and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Items must not be worn, washed or altered before the issue is reported.
Minor variations in colour, print placement and finish may occur between production batches and are not considered faults unless the item is significantly different from what was advertised.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
